Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 3000-series is critically spectacular. If the GeForce RTX 2000-series introduced devoted ray-tracing {hardware} and good graphics rendering methods to PC gaming, then the RTX 3000-series supercharged it.

This has seen loads of PC followers declare that the PC is once again the gaming machine of choice, and dunk upon the PS5 and Xbox Series X. In phrases of uncooked efficiency that’s true; the 12 teraflops of the Xbox Series X is not going to problem the 36 shader teraflops of the GeForce RTX 3090. But in different phrases, the next-generation consoles are removed from redundant. Allow me to clarify why.
